Get Fit Friday, using your own body weight

I think gyms have a place and are great for some people, me not so much. I do however believe in weight training and I have a set of free weights but many people use their body weight to train with. This quick video shows you how you can too.

  1. This looks like a great workout, and I agree with you! I'm not so much a gym kinda girl. I much prefer the privacy of my own home where I can also work out on a whim without having to schedule it so much. But no, I don't have a range of different weights or any fancy equipment. Yoga and calisthenics are an excellent choice for great at-home workouts!

  3. I love that this is done in a yoga format. The instructor seems to give very good instructions, and she's great to listen to. I can see where you would be very fit if you mastered all of these moves! :)
